Open to: High School Graduation Freshmen through Senior High School Senior

Award Amount: $18,000

This type of scholarship is provided by The American Legion, the nation’s High School Graduation Oratorical Contest is ready to accept junior high and students who’re under the age of 20 and citizens or lawful permanent residents of the United States.

You have to prepare an oration on some aspect of the U.S. Constitution, with some increased exposure of the duties and obligations of citizens to the U.S government.
