How to Add Alexa Ranking Widget to WordPress Blog

Even though that Alexa doesn’t validate the real rank of a site, it’s still one of the important factors in deciding the reputation of a site. When you visit another site and you wonder whether the site is reliable or not, Alexa rank can give you some idea regarding the site’s quality. Still, it’s not a smart idea to judge a site just by its Alexa rank.

If you are a blogger or a site owner, I’d recommend you to give some thought regarding your Alexa rank. High rank in Alexa makes a good impression to first-time visitors.

One of the easiest methods to improve Alexa rank is, adding an Alexa ranking widget to your site. Alexa mostly tracks traffic using Alexa Toolbar. The more people visit your site with the toolbar installed on their browser, the better you rank. But, the issue is, your visitors might not have the Alexa toolbar. At that point, there is a Widget that helps to track your site’s traffic.

Personally, I’ve found that adding the Alexa widget on your website improves the site’s ranking. If you’ve not added the Alexa widget yet, I recommend you add the widget to improve your ranking.
