American University Of Nigeria Admission Requirements
Students must have a post-JAMB score of 200 or higher to be considered for admission at American University of Nigeria (AUN).
In addition, required for admission are five are (5) credits, including English Language and Mathematics, from not more two SSCE sittings, or an equal exam from a country that serve different types of exit exams or government-approved tests. Special cases, if any, are brought forward on a case-by-case basis.

How to Apply for the American University Of Nigeria Admission.
1. Complete Application with Required Documentation
The applicant completes an application form, upload the required backup documents and materials, and send the application to the Admission Office along with a payment slip of N5,000, which are non-refundable handling fees paid into any of the AUN’s account at the Bank (see details). Students are advised to apply online or to email required back-up documents to the Admissions Office by means of this email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. AUN Acknowledges Receipt of Application
The Admission Office notifies the applicants by email of the receipt of their application, also informs the applicants of any missing document if any. NOTE: The acceptance processes cannot continue till all required documents are submitted and included in the applicant’s record file.
3. Communication of Admission Decision to Applicant
The Admission Office informs the students in writing of the application’s acceptance or rejection. On the other hands, if the applicant is successful, the acceptance letter will have the list of things that the student needs to do to secure admission at the University. If the application is rejected, the rejection letter explains the reasons behind the denial.
4. Confirmation of Acceptance by Student
The successful admission candidates make a refundable housing deposit of N50, 000 by the stipulated date to hold a Residence Hall space. Also, the successful candidate must go through a medical test by filling out the medical form in a licensed medical facility.
